ConCon 2025 includes the following:
Montana
Montana passed rescission in 2007, and is one of only 13 States that do not have a ConCon application on record.
Montana is a perennial target for COS, US Term Limits, & the Balanced Budget Amendment (BBA) resolutions.
In 2025, its first application is SJ 4 (BBA). This resolution was immediately referred to a committee that is chaired by its sponsor.
