Barbara Harless is the head of the North Texas Citizens Lobby and a citizen lobbyist against an Article V Convention of States (COS).

Barbara Harless is a knowledgeable debater and has shared her wealth of info on this website. She is a superb debater. Most recently, on February 7, 2017, at the the Denton County Republican Assembly meeting, she did phenomenal work in defeating the other side. Apparently the COS crowd will no longer debate her.
