Rescission 2017

In 2017, these states have rescinded: Nevada, Maryland, and New Mexico. [1] A rescission by Texas is pending in the legislature as of May 15, 2017.
A resolution (HCR 3) is being introduced into the New Hampshire House of Representatives to rescind its call for a Con Con (balanced budget).
There will be a press conference at the statehouse on January 24th, and also at the Maine statehouse the following day.
