Equal Rights Amendment Countdown Campaign

The Equal Rights Amendment Countdown Campaign was formed in 1981 with the honorary co-chairmen of Alan Alda for former First Lady Betty Ford. It reportedly held more than 170 rallies in a total of 42 states.[1]
