Rex Lee was a tremendous constitutional scholar. He argued 59 cases before the U.S. Supreme Court and was the Solicitor General during the Reagan Administration. He was president of Brigham Young University.

Rex Lee strongly warned against an Article V Convention because it could become an uncontrollable, runaway convention. It cannot be limited. Rex Lee's letter is here: [1]
